I’m Brandi. I ask the hard questions to make sure we’re solving the right problems—not just the obvious ones.
I think like a business partner, design like a human, and build products people trust and keep coming back to.
Store Details Page Redesign.
Reduced customer frustration by 80%+ and boosted SEO traffic and engagement through streamlined design.
By analyzing recurring pain points from customer feedback, I identified key usability gaps in Walgreens’ Store Details page. I pitched a strategic redesign, guiding stakeholders from problem discovery to solution delivery. The result was a modernized page experience that streamlined store selection and improved customer confidence in finding accurate, timely information.
Creating a Desktop Interface from Scratch
This project showcases my product design, research, ux design, and UI design skills.
In 2019 ImmersiveTouch started adding a desktop feature to its VR application. This would give surgeons and hospital staff the ability to configure their patient’s DICOM on the fly without having to wait for the ImmersiveTouch staff.
Creating a GUI for a series of VR Surgical Simulations
This project highlights my design process and product thinking in fast-moving environments, as well as my ability to translate complex workflows into clear interfaces through wireframing, UI design, graphic design, and design systems.
I designed the VR interface and user experience for a series of medical procedure simulations delivered under a tight timeline for a last-minute client request.
How it all began.
2004
I taught myself HTML & CSS in 6th grade, building custom MySpace layouts. I didn’t know it then, but I was already obsessed with how things look, feel, and work.
2016
I went back to school to deepen my understanding of psychology and human interaction design. I wanted to better understand the why behind user behavior.
2025
I started my own online business, which brought everything together. Marketing, design, psychology, data, communication, and decision-making. It forced me to think beyond the interface and into real outcomes.
2011
When I graduated from high school, I knew I wanted to become a web designer.
2018
My career brought me to Chicago, where I worked at a startup and discovered my passion for UX and Product Design. This is where everything started to click.
2026
I’m ready for my next step—whether as a Product Designer or UX Manager—where I can more directly drive business impact through thoughtful, customer-centered decisions.
2015
After graduating from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, I gravitated toward web design, graphic design, and marketing/advertising jobs. Anything that blended creativity with communication.
2021
I joined Walgreens as a Senior UX Designer, where my focus expanded beyond design into product thinking and business impact.
Future Pending…
