2021 - Present

Senior UX/Product Designer

My role in a nutshell.

I partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define problems clearly and move solutions forward.

I map complex customer journeys, identify where users struggle, and turn those insights into focused, actionable design work.

I use research, customer feedback, and data to challenge assumptions and guide decisions—not just validate them.

I lead design conversations—critiques, working sessions, and alignment discussions—to bring clarity and keep teams moving in the same direction.

From early concepts to final UI, I design flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences that are thoughtful, usable, and ready for development.

I stay involved through delivery—supporting handoff, QA, and iteration to ensure what gets built matches the intent.

Store Details Page Redesign.

Reduced customer frustration by 80%+ and boosted SEO traffic and engagement through streamlined design.

By analyzing recurring pain points from customer feedback, I identified key usability gaps in Walgreens’ Store Details page. I pitched a strategic redesign, guiding stakeholders from problem discovery to solution delivery. The result was a modernized page experience that streamlined store selection and improved customer confidence in finding accurate, timely information.
